It is so user-friendly that you can browse for the news by selecting the provider of your choice or you can select the news category for which you would like to read the news.

News Dose:

You can search the news either by the news provider or by news categories. The app includes 20 news providers viz.

• CNN
• ABC news
• Fox News
• AP News
• Reuters
• CBS News
• NPR
• MSNBC

• BBC News
• Los Angeles Times
• CNBC
• Newsweek
• Morning Call
• Al Jazeera
• Digital Journal

You can also browse the news by categories. There are 7 main news categories viz.

• Business
• Health
• Politics
• Science

• Sports
• Technology
• Travel

The app allows marking a particular news item as your favorite and thereby includes it in your Favorite or you can share the same item through an e-mail. Adding an item to Favorite pretty simple, all you need to do is give title and click the save button.

RSS Feed:

The user can subscribe to RSS feed again by feed provider or RSS by categories. Once the user selects to read a particular news item, there is a star icon at the bottom. By clicking it you can subscribe to its RSS feed. For this, you will have to enter the title in the given space and click on the save button. The user can also share this news item through an e-mail. The mail icon beside the star icon will allow the user to do so.

Similarly, the user can also get RSS feed of the news categories present in the app with the same process of clicking on to the star icon.

Favorite:

This is your customized choice of news items that you have selected while surfing through the News Dose. Favorites can be checked out according to your preference either by News Dose or the subscribed RSS feed. You can delete any of the particular news items from your Favorites with the delete button or clear all the news items with clear button.

Settings:

If you are not able to locate your favorite news provide, you can add your favorite news provider or RSS and manage it through settings button. We would welcome your ideas as to what all things you would like to have in the application for daily use so that we can try and incorporate it in our future versions.
